Simple solution to the immigration problem

Let’s dig a moat around the U.S. border and fill it with all the alligators that appear to be in abundance in Florida all of a sudden.  Then we take that dirt we dug from the moat to New Orleans and built a floodwall with it…. or just rebuild the city on top of all the dirt so it’s above floodstage.
